What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, optionally your email address, the address or postcode of the job, what needs doing, and anything you write in the message box. If you attach photographs of your walls, we get those too.
What we do with it
We use it to work out what your job involves, to get back to you with a price, and to do the work if you go ahead. That is the whole list.
We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not directly involved in quoting or doing your job.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere. Records of jobs we have actually done are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no third-party profiling on any page.
The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading that map means your browser contacts openstreetmap.org, which is outside our control.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring or write and we will do it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
